convenient location spacious room elizabeth line faulty air conditioning dirty carpets non-functional fridge
the location was very convenient near terminal 4. i appreciated the clean, spacious room i had. the proximity to the elizabeth line was also a plus (it made getting back into the city easy).
the fridge in my room did not work. the air conditioning was also faulty, a problem i reported several times to the front desk. despite assurances of a refund, i never received any communication or compensation for the inconvenience.

great stay near heathrow
blockout blinds transport links
the room had full block out blinds, so i slept well. access to terminal 4 transport links made getting into london easy. i would stay here again.
i had to call for a bathrobe, because it was missing from the room. i then had to call again, because the tv console affected the tv. one bedside plug had remains of another guest's plug stuck inside, so i could not use it.

mini fridge coffee facilities comfortable bed
i appreciated the mini fridge available in the room it allowed me to store some snacks. tea and coffee making facilities were a nice addition. the bed provided support and i slept well.
i found the carpet in the room had stains. it was an issue. the stains detracted from the overall appearance.
