the room had full block out blinds, so i slept well. access to terminal 4 transport links made getting into london easy. i would stay here again.

i had to call for a bathrobe, because it was missing from the room. i then had to call again, because the tv console affected the tv. one bedside plug had remains of another guest's plug stuck inside, so i could not use it.

i appreciated the mini fridge available in the room it allowed me to store some snacks. tea and coffee making facilities were a nice addition. the bed provided support and i slept well.

i found the carpet in the room had stains. it was an issue. the stains detracted from the overall appearance.

The carpets were really dirty. It smelled musty. the hotel hoppa shuttle seemed unreliable, possibly not following the posted schedule. i needed a place for a few hours between flights. It sufficed, i guess.
