the breakfast buffet included fruit, cereals, and pastries. it also had hot options like eggs and bacon. the location near terminal 4 suited me well.

great stay near heathrow
blockout blinds transport links
the room had full block out blinds, so i slept well. access to terminal 4 transport links made getting into london easy. i would stay here again.
i had to call for a bathrobe, because it was missing from the room. i then had to call again, because the tv console affected the tv. one bedside plug had remains of another guest's plug stuck inside, so i could not use it.

the premium king room club floor had a king-sized bed. it also included a desk area suitable for working, with accessible power outlets. the room featured a modern design and adequate lighting fixtures.

breakfast offered a wide variety of options. the staff ensured that all of the canapés were fresh and well stocked. the food was AMAZING!!!

mini fridge coffee facilities comfortable bed
i appreciated the mini fridge available in the room it allowed me to store some snacks. tea and coffee making facilities were a nice addition. the bed provided support and i slept well.
i found the carpet in the room had stains. it was an issue. the stains detracted from the overall appearance.
